Mission: REAP is a business development program with the Center of Rural Affairs. Its mission is to strengthen rural communities through small, self-employed business development.
Services: It provides individuals with business management training, technical assistance, lending capital, loan packaging, and networking opportunities for starting and growing a business. Roundtables and/or associations of micro-entrepreneurs are formed in addition to individualized services in rural areas of Nebraska and are the supporting vehicle for the delivery of these services. The REAP program operates on a statewide rural basis through regionally based Business Specialists.
