Entrepreneurship Education – Nebraska Department of Education

The Nebraska Department of Education provides statewide curriculum support, technical assistance, and professional development for entrepreneurship educators and entrepreneurship advocates. Entrepreneurship Education is found within all career fields, clusters and pathways and is supported within the program of work of Nebraska Career Education. Outreach and services provided to stakeholders includes ongoing technical assistance, hosting the Nebraska Entrepreneurship Education website, the bi-monthly Nebraska Entrepreneurship News, the Nebraska Entrepreneurship Education listserv, the annual Nebraska Career Education Conference, and support and leadership for the annual National Entrepreneurship Week activities occurring in the state.
The Nebraska Department of Education is an active member of the Nebraska Entrepreneurship Task Force (NET-Force). The mission of NET-Force is to identify and leverage educational resources that will educate, engage, and empower current and potential entrepreneurs.
