In March it was announced that Texas cattleman Paul Engler and his wife Virginia were giving $20 million to the University of Nebraska for entrepreneurship programs within agribusiness.  Recently, the Lincoln Journal Star caught up with one of the first scholarship recipients of the program, Ashley Nunnenkamp, in the article UNL’s Engler scholars benefiting from gift.
